Two quick question around SDO source distribution

  - Should the source distribution have a NOTICE and LICENSE file on the
root of the distribution, looks like you only have the ones exported from
the distribution project. Or should the source distribution be a clean
export from svn ?

  - Should the distribution project be available on the source distribution
?

  - Should STATUS be checked in in the sdo subtree ?
