Thanks I did that an hour ago by wiping out my local repo axiom and axis.
I have the snapshot versions now. When I did the first build I used the -U and
online .... maven really has me confused at times.

I'm seeing a
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/axiom/soap/impl/builder/MTOMStAXSOAPModelBuilder
This was in axiom-api-SNAPSHOT.jar Seems now we are now using
axiom-api-1.1.1.jar which has this class missing.
I have my suspicions that this is releated to the change in svn
