Attachment: jsonrpc-script-getter.patch
This patch adds the reference counting to the JSONRPCService so that only one
ScriptGetterServlet should ever be registered.
It also adds the methods and behaviors that Ant sugested be added to
ServletHost.
isMappingRegistered has been added
and unregisterMapping now returns the Servlet which was unregistered.
