Generated build files should be removed from SDO/samples distribution

The following files and directories are present under samples/ in the SDO
distribution and IMO should be removed, as they are not under version control
and generated by automake. The user of the binary distribution should run
automake / configure to generate these files on his specific platform.
Also these files do not contain an Apache License (as they are generated) so
this is another reason for not distributing them.
