I just started going over the readme for the CompanyWeb sample and
noticed that the instructions read:

<http://localhost:8080/sample-companyweb-%7bversion%20name%7d/>
NOTE: for the M2 version of Tuscany sample the url is:
http://localhost:8080/sample-companyweb-1.0-incubator-M2/
-------------------------
This URL fails and the correct one (the one that works) is actually:
http://localhost:8080/sample-companyweb/
Unless someone thinks we need the version number as part of the URL,
I'll change the document to match the sample.
