Binary distro - running samples causes extension loading errors if RUBY/PYTHON
not on PATH

Error messages such as:
SCARuntime::loadExtensions failed to load extension library:
tuscany_sca_ruby.dll: SystemConfigurationException: Unable
to load library:
d:\M2test\tuscany_sca_cpp-1.0-incubator-M2-bin\extensions\ruby\bin/tuscany_sca_ruby.dll
are isssued when running binary distro samples if you have not added python and
ruy libs to path. On windows a pop-up dialog is also issued.
Doc should say to either include these in the PATH OR remove the extensions OR
to ignore these messages
