Yes, I'm aware of the license issue and I'm coordinating the changes with kgoodson for both SDO and DAS.

Luciano, A couple things.. The sample readme says to run the app at "http://localhost:8080/sample-companyweb/";, however the correct URL is still "http://localhost:8080/sample-companyweb-1.0-incubator-M2/";. Also, I believe the EMF license issue Jeremy mentioned in response to the SDO release candidate would apply to the DAS as well.
