I have refreshed this release candidate as http://people.apache.org/~kelvingoodson/sdo_java/RC5a<http://people.apache.org/%7Ekelvingoodson/sdo_java/RC5/> I have added the appropriate licenses to the LICENSE.txt file I have taken the opportunity to remove two spurious documentation files that I had meant to remove before, but these are the only changes between RC5 and RC5a. I have updated and resigned the deployed binary artifacts as listed in the root of this thread. Should I re-initiate this vote, or can it proceed from here?

I'm afraid the LICENSE.txt file in the sdo-impl distribution does not contain the text of the EPL/CPL for EMF. It is referenced by link from the NOTICE file but legal best-practice says that the text of all licenses should be included in the distribution.
