For the scope problem in M2

hi, all. Recently we are trying to use session or request as the scope in 
bigbank. Unfortunately, the result turns out to be null instantiation, and 
object null exception is thrown.
So we are wondering whether M2 has supported session and request or is there 
other reasons?
