This will create binary distributions that would unpack in the following
directory:
tuscany-das-${das.version} --> tuscany-das-1.0-incubator-M2-SNAPSHOT
And sample distributions that would unpack in the following directory:
tuscany-das-samples-${das-version} -->
tuscany-das-samples-1.0-incubator-M2-SNAPSHOT
