I built this morning M2 from scratch and I didn't see any changes go in.
Sometimes it's just the case it is a temp. situation. Did you try re-starting
the build?

I copied maven-model-2.0.4.jar manually and the build appeared to complete
successfully. Wbat is the cause of this error and what should I do
if it happens again?
