SDOUtil.registerStaticTypes() fails when the statically generated classes were
created from an XSD that includes an abstract Type and the -noEMF option is
used. The absence of abstract="true" in the XSD or not using -noEMF during the
XSD2JavaGenerate will allow the registerStaticTypes() to complete.
