The SDOUtil.java attachment contains a method of achieving the desired result
in the processSchemaLocations() method, thanks to Yang for this, but the
solution has been overtaken by events, and we should use technical elements of
this solution within the broader scope of the solution to TUSCANY-928 to
achieve our aims.
The test case will obviously need to be reworked a little in the light ot
TUSCANY-928 also.
