Problems with sdoModelExtended.xsd

The new schema sdoModelExtended.xsd has some problems:
1. It includes some xmlns and xsi:schemaLocation values that aren't needed
2. The include of sdoModel.xsd is an absolute file name, which doesn't resolve
(need a clean way to handle schemaLocatiions for the built-in XSDs)
The regen instructions in the JavaDoc of SDOFactoryImpl needs to be changed to
say that sdoModelExtended.xsd must now be used - not just sdoMdodel.xsd.
