Once Jeremy reorganizes the build tree putting in place a continuous
integration build would be a great idea. For this to work, committers
will need to wait for an "all clear" message from the integration
build before leaving. We also need to concentrate on better test
coverage to catch regresssions.
Raymond at one point had an integration build working on his local
machine and I believe we can use Apache infrastructure for this.
