CopyHelper and EqualityHelper should handle ChangeSummary

ChangeSummary can now be any DataObject attribute, and it's stale through EMF
API.
Currently, CopyHelper and EqualityHelper heavily depend on EMF. That needs to
be patched to support ChangeSummary at any DataObject depth and its
summarization if necessary.
FYI, 859 has introduced an effort to make ChangeSummary never stale through
*SDO* API.
