Luciano Resende resolved TUSCANY-780.

Resolution: Fixed
Applyed necessary changes to site.svl, fixed broken links, but left out the
running sample contents as they are somewhat obsolet. If we want to get a
samples fixed we should have a different JIRA for that. Available at revision
