The problem may not be retrieving the jar file but the pom file in the first
place as shown below.

I am especially worried about the line "[INFO] Repository 'eclipse.emf' will
be blacklisted" in the error above.. It is here that it is failing to begin
with and hence cant retrieve the jar files.
