Agreed but I was going to also propose this addition in the spec.
Let's see how the proposal goes and we can always switch it to the
<component> element.

We could replace this with a Tuscany-specific version in our API
module but IMO we don't need this at all as we can specify it on
the <component> element in the SCDL.
