I believe the EMF team uses that script to publish the mavenized EMF builds to their Eclipse Update Site, which is where we get them from. The Eclipse Update Site is not browsable, but they are mirrored at other places like: http://mirrors.cat.pdx.edu/eclipse/tools/emf/maven2
