The file

used to have the MIME type set correctly, though it had other problems in
the content that were fixed in TUSCANY-1025.  Unfortunately, when the

for TUSCANY-1025 was applied to this file, the MIME type appears to have
been reset to plain text which means it doesn't display correctly in a
browser.
