So, coming back to this after christmas I find that this no longer works for me
so I have made more changes to the PHP extension and calculator sample to get
it back into a working state.

phpextension090107patch.txt
Now contain the differences (according to Eclipse) between my workspace and
svn.
I need to do lots more work on the readme's. I particularly note that I omitted
to say in the sample that you need to install the
SCA_SDO package to make it work. Anyhow I have to go now so more tomorrow.
