The Spring extension only works in webapps in the M2 release unfortunately
which is why you see that woodstox error when trying to use it in the
Standalone launcher. Thats been fixed now in the latest Tuscany code.

I don't understand how the woden jar isn't the cause of your problem. From a
clean checkout of M2 and an empty maven repository I get exactly what you
see and adding the jar to the repository fixes it, and our current samples
poms don't get woden downloaded automatically for me. Could someone else
also try this as it looks like something we need to fix in out sample setup
to me?

Thank you ant, but this does not solve my problem. In fact I already have
this wooden-1.0.0M6 in my local repository(I have seen in the axis2
incubator component's pom file, there has a repository for ws zone, so
this seems not the problem).

Also, now I can find that, though every extention added will cause a bunch
of warnings. Only Axis2 binding extention will fail, and Spring extention
will throw a stack trace but for the simple caculator is can still run.

Stack trace for Axis2 binding, is just like what I had posted in the
previous posts.

Stack trace for Spring extention is as follows(only spring extention in
the
extention directory):

%sca_home%\sca-samples\standalone\calculator\target>java -jar
%sca_home%/launch
