unnecessary and there should be a way for the Axis2 binding to say
pass-by-reference is fine so the copy doesn't happen. The
AtomicComponentExtension already supports this so shouldn't the
Service/ReferenceBindingExtension do the same?
I don't think it should be the abstract extensions as, a component
may offer operations that allow pass-by-ref, others which may not.
It's really something that should be on the invocation chain
metadata. Also, people may choose not to rely on the abstract
extension classes and they therefore should not be referenced.
