A ReadMe on how to write SCA Integration Test Cases.
Per request from Raymond, I have created this readme. It is in the same style
as the readme for GettingStarted on Tuscany. This readme is currently stored in
tuscany/java/testing/sca/itest dir. If you would change the location of the
readme while committing, then please make changes to the following code in the
source so that the format is mainted.
