I confirm that this is a problem, the archive at www.mail-archive.com seems to
be missing messages.
The Tuscany web site should be changed to point to the mailing list archives
hosted by Apache:
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/ws-tuscany-dev
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/ws-tuscany-user
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/ws-tuscany-commits
The Apache archives also have the advantage of providing atom feeds.
