We probably don't need to fix it ourselves. I've debugged several Test Cases
involved XSD; the XSDConstants.lookupQualifier path isn't reached. FYI,
XSDConstants.lookupQualifier is used by XSDNamedComponentImpl#getQName and
XSDConcreteComponentImpl#niceSetAttributeURIValue.
Even if XSDConstants.lookupQualifier is reached, it only fails on corner cases.
EMF doesn't think it's important enough to fix immediately, maybe we can use
silimar philosophy :-)
