We had +1's from jmarino, meerajk, isilval, jboynes, lresende,
kelvingoodson, and svkrish
+0.9 from rfeng
and no -1's
There was concern from jsdelfino, lresende and rfeng about the
possibility of spec changes during final publication and jboynes
described how the version number scheme could be used to address that.
I'll ask the IPMC to ratify this. I may wait until the kernel vote
completes so that they can do both at once.
