The java\sdo\plugin\src\main\resources\META-INF\LICENSE.txt file has
unnecessary references to Mozilla Public License 1.1 (MPL) and to Common
Development and Distribution License 1.0 (CDDL). These should be removed since
these references may unnecessarily deter use of this component by users that
avoid code licensed with MPL or CDDL. This LICENSE.txt file is also not
consistent with the NOTICE.txt file of the same directory.
A patch removing these unnecessary license references will be submitted.
