I agree that vendors should be free to return implementation-specific types and 
that the CTS should only be checking that define() returns all types that are 
required by the specification.

Currently the tests are only checking the length of the returned list of types 
and are not checking the contents of the list so we'll need to tidy that up as 
part of this change. I'm happy to supply a patch if there are no objections to 
these changes.
