The attached EMF 2.2.2 classes are being donated by IBM to Apache.
org.eclipse.emf.ecore.util.BasicExtendedMetaData
org.eclipse.xsd.ecore.XSDEcoreBuilder
We will not include these classes directly in the Tuscany project, but instead
will resuse some of the code patterns in Tuscany subclasses.
