XSDHelper and XSD2JavaGenerator do not recognize sdo:sequence="true"

On page 84 of the specification it is stated that a Type may be set as
sequenced using sdo:sequence="true" in the XSD. I will provide the XSD and the
test case that shows that the resulting Type does not show isSequenced() ==
true.
