On one of the modularization threads it talked about trying to make SCDL and
assembly more consumable like WSDL and WSDL4J, would that be the things in
the Metadata Layer box at the bottom?

No replies to this yet so I'll bring it up again. I've commented on the
diagram thread but I'm referring to a comment from another thread:

"More generally, I'd like SCA and its assembly model to be consumable in
many different environments, Apache products, J2EE app servers and tool
environments, and become as pervasive as the WSDL model for example." [1]

Is that the "Metadata layer" box on this diagram?

If so should the "SCDL Loader Framework" box which is inside the
"Cross-cutting system services box be part of the Metadata layer?

Is that what you're suggesting, or even if it wasn't, wouldn't it be good to
do this, ie make a new SCDL4J Tuscany module? It would help with the
modularization efforts, it could be used by the Tuscany kernel, the Tuscany
tooling, and any external project wanting to work with SCDL.
