Ant,
I've added pretty basic language independent representations of
Interface and Operation to the sca/idl module for now as I needed
something to represent service interfaces and operations in the scdl4j
models. Feel free to change them when you start adding stuff to the idl
module. I'll adjust scdl4j later to use what you'll come up with.
