New test case to test spec-compliance of SDO types created from XSD complex
types. The patch for JIRA 1209 must be applied first as it adds a new method to
XSDBaseTestCase that this new test requires.
The attached "patch" is simply a zip of the new files and should be extracted
from the root of the cts module.
