This test case checks for spec-compliance when creating SDO types derived from
simple XSD types.
The attached ZIP file contains the new test (XSDSimpleTypeTest.java) and the
required XSD files. The ZIP file should be expanded in cts\sdo2.1\src.
NOTE: the test will need to be added manually to the UnderReviewTestSuite or
CTSGeneralSuite.
All tests pass against Tuscany SDO apart from testDerived and testDerived2,
which are currently excluded using the junit @Ignore annotation.
