Hi, I have added a couple of samples now - one to demonstrate RMI Binding as reference binding and another to demonstrate RMI Binding as service binding. I have also added a readme.html to these samples. Thanks.

Hi Sebastien, thanks for taking a look. The testcase in there... maybe its actually a itest, show how it works, but then it combines the rmi reference and service into one test.
