I took the first shot to implement XMLHelper.load(Source) and
XMLHelper.save(Result) 2.1 APIs. I have included a test case to load the
DOMSource but I need to comment it out because it requires EMF 2.2.3 to run
otherwise you will get an NPE during the load.
I have also opened Eclipse bugzilla 184733 against EMF 2.2.2 to fix a problem
during the save on DOM Node. Hopefully, it's fixed in time for the next EMF
release - 2.2.3 in May.
