Here's an example command I used to copy repository artifacts to the staging
repository. Note that I copied these to local temporary copies out of the
repository first because maven fails if you try to do it within the repository.
C:\temp>mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=commonj -DartifactId=sdo-api-r2.1
-Dfile=sdo-api-r2.1-1.0-incubating-beta1.jar -DrepositoryId=people.apache.org
-Durl=scp://people.apache.org/home/kelvingoodson/home/public_html/repo
-DpomFile=sdo-api-r2.1-1.0-incubating-beta1.pom -Dpackaging=jar
