It seems that we agree to go ahead to clean up the code base. Meanwhile, Ant
and Venkat have made good processes porting the code over.
I'll start the "cleanup".

Now we have the CRUD component type, Java component type, echo-binding

packages for the new things. As a result, the code base is a bit messy
