Allign the jsonrpc binidng client programming model with the Java one using

The current jsonrpc binding client programming model using the SCA object
registered with the HTML page environment would be better if it was changed to
be a bit more similar to the Java SCADomain.
Also, it should be possible to have all the services using <binding.jsonrpc> be
pre-registered to the client environment.
