I have done suggested updates and have committed under revision r544731. I'll update the wiki tomorrow morning after the javadoc is available from the live website.

I have two minor comments: - It would be nice if we could exclude SCADomainBean and SCATestCaseRunner from the API as I don't think that they're really useful to application developers (I think we should remove them at some point). - The .impl and .util packages should be excluded from both the API and SPI javadocs.
