Looking at the Geronimo spaces I like the idea of having separate spaces for
the documentation for different versions. However we havn't got to V1.0 yet
so not an immediate requirement. I would still go with.


/TUSCANY - the main project web site space
   current site content
   committer access only
/TUSCANYWIKI - the project wiki space
   any content from /TUSCANY that isn't used directly in the site
   more general access (confluence-users)
   isn't linked directly from /TUSCANY

If we want to split the content from the web site in the future to separate
spaces, e.g. to version the docs (although no cure how this would work with
java/native/sca/sdo/das all being different versions), we certainly have the
option to do that but we don't need to at present IMO.

I don't mind what form the Space IDs/URLs take but bear in mind that we
already have /TUSCANY so we would have to ask for that to be changed if we
go a different direction.
