The continuun build that runs overnight perform a maven build from
java/sdo. If things are working from there, it should be fine. I think
we should be ok cleaning the java/spec directory....

Also, removing the spec/sdo would probably fix the current build issue
if you build from java, where I'm currently getting :  Project
'commonj:sdo-api-r2.1' is duplicated in the reactor
