Actually - I'm going to back track on the below idea. I've been reading this: http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-central-repository-upload.html And it says the preferred way it to provide a script that enables the maven repo to sync the artifacts from another public repo (I think, I'd need to do a test project so that I understand what is being said more precisely). So if the EMF project could establish such a repo, we just need to provide a script like this, and the artifacts would be automatically synced to the Ibiblio repository. EMF is built using shell scripts, so the next step is to figure out how to get such a repository going.
