The attached path corrects 2 things so that the module can compile and have
passing tests without any tweaking:
- The ODE derby database gets downloaded as a regular dependency and unzipped
in the test directory before tests are executed.
- Using released version of ODE instead of a local snapshot
(ode-1.0-incubating). If a more recent version of ODE is needed, I'll publish a
snapshot version.
After this patch is applied, the module should compile and the test should run
without any prior tweaking (like compiling ODE and such).
