Generate SDO test classes using maven-sdo-plugin

Tuscany needs a better way to test the various options supported by the
XSD2JavaGenerator. The first step is to code-generate test classes on the fly
using the maven-sdo-plugin rather than managing code-generated classes directly
within SVN. Then a significant number of the same tests could be run multiple
times using different options passed to the maven-sdo-plugin.
