Incompatible SDO code being generated if different version of

The das\rcb\pom.xml does not specify a sdo-plugin version and this causes
different issues if a different version of the plugin is already available (e.g
if you build from trunk before building from DAS beta1 source.)
This is what is causing the issue reported by Simon Laws [1]
