Below is the summary for changes that I did on the top of existing readmes,
based on all the comments obtained so far.

It will be very helpful if these can be reviewed here and further
comments given , so that the finalilized readmes can be used in RC.

companyweb

1) title changed to 'RDB DAS CompanyWeb Sample'
2) rephrased section 'Running from Tomcat configured by the build' to indicate 
that
   this approach is relevant from source destribution only.
3) changes related to database setup using dbConfig (removed canned db mention 
etc.)
4) changed Sample distribution -> Binary distribution wherever applicable
5) corrected database url 

sample-ajax-das
