TUSCANY-578 was a bucket defect for exceptions. Three of the issues detailed
there are carried over to this defect. They are marked in the
ExpectedExceptionsTestCase created for TUSCANY-578 by a comment // Not fixed in
Tuscany-578 and are commented out.
